COLDFLEX foam is a new generation of polyurethane foams for the production of comfortable upholstered furniture, mattresses, etc. This is a group of foams obtained in the form of blocks using the 'cold crosslinking'.
The inovation of method is to base mainly during the production on high quality raw materials and modern composition of crosslinking agents, foaming agents, catalysts and silicones. Polyurethane foams obtained by this method are characterized by better properties, which have a direct impact on the qualities of comfort and utility furniture. This type of polyurethane foams is similar to the properties of latex foam, however, without its drawbacks are well known.
