III. Prices 

Prices shown on the websites contain VAT and are the purchase prices. Price shown for every product is binding at the time of the customer order. Prices of goods are different for different product options (eg options for dimensions, trim options for the products). The final product prices are shown each time at the end of order activity after choosing right product options. The cost of transport is shown during ordering and added to the products’ prices, which together constitute the total and final amount to be paid. After examining the order by BEDS.eu, the confirmation with delivery date is send to the customer via e-mail. 

IV. The conclusion of the contract of sale 

The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of an agreement to be concluded at a distance, between purchasing - hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, and an online shop BEDS.eu - hereinafter referred to as Seller. 

Orders for the product / products are accepted through an online store www.BEDS.eu (for 24 hours a day) or by phone by calling 0048 52 344-08-08 (open hours: 8.00 - 4.00 am). Binding contract is properly made and containing all the necessary data to implement it (the product and its options, first name, last name, e-mail address, contact phone, shipment address). The exact procedure for the putting in an order has been described in these section. 

The putting in an order by the buyer is tantamount to acceptance Terms and Conditions. The moment of an order at the e-shop by the buyer is the time of the conclusion of the agreement between the seller and the buyer. 

All information given on the online shop are in English. 

V. Procedure of order submission 

1) The selection of goods and their options 
The first step of ordering is selection of products and their options. Products are grouped in two ways: by type and by the collection (the menu on the left) When you switch to a product page, select the options (features) from the drop-down list (eg, internal dimension of beds, colour, etc.). With the options "for the extra" values are in the form of subsidies +EUR. After making your selection, click the “Add to basket” button. Price shall be verified on the selected options at extra charge, and the product is added to the "basket". In the next stage to continue the procedure for submission of the order (the button: Proceed with confirmation), or add additional products to your order according to the above scheme (the button: Return to shopping). 

2) Providing of the data necessary to perform the contract 
The next step is providing personal data, which are necessary for the performance of the contract. Your personal data will be protected in accordance with the Law of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of personal data. The buyer has the right to inspect, change or delete your personal data by the customer panel (after registering on the site) or by e-mail (write to the address beds@beds.eu). 

3) The choice of payment methods 
Buyers can choose from different payment methods. Payment methods are described on site "Payment methods". 

4) Confirmation of receipt of the order 
First confirmation of order is send automatically. After we verify the order data, the confirmation in PDF file with all needed information is send via e-mail.

5) Information about the shipment / shipment 
A few days before shipment of the order shall be sent information about the exact date of service, 3 hour time period of service, telephone contact to the driver (only applies to shipments by private carrier). Thus, please make a balance bank transfer to our account (in the case of the first partial payment).

VI. Implementation of orders and delivery time

For each product offered has been given deadlines (on products' pages). They are different depending on the stock held, the duration of production cycles and logistics. For the products produced "on demand" deadlines oscillate within the limits of 3-8 weeks. For products which are on store lead time is about 3-21 days. The deliveries are made in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Lithuania.

VII. Payment methods 

Buyer should select one of the specific form of payment given by the seller. After the payment is on seller account the confirmation of pre-payment and the final invoice is send to the buyer. Description of the available payment methods is on the separat www page.

VIII. Delivery charges 

Products are distributed by private companies cooperating with BEDS.eu or spedition company RABEN. Approximately 4-7 days before shipment of products, the following information is send to the buyer via e-mai: date of delivery, 3 hour time period of delivery, telephone contact to the driver.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the consignment and is calculated by the e-shop system by following scheme: 

Delivery in Poland:
- The total weight of the parcels to 10 kg - 7.50 € 
- The total weight of the parcels to 70 kg - 22.50 €
- The total weight of the parcels over 70 kg - 37.50 € 
With the purchase of more than 750.00 € - transport free of charge! 

Delivery in Czech Republic and Slovakia:
- The total weight of the parcels to 10 kg - 22.50 € 
- The total weight of the parcels to 70 kg - 30.00 €
- The total weight of the parcels over 70 kg - 45.00 € 
With the purchase of more than 1500.00 € - transport free of charge!

Delivery in Hungary and Lithuania:
- The total weight of the parcels to 10 kg - 30.00 € 
- The total weight of the parcels to 70 kg - 45.00 €
- The total weight of the parcels over 70 kg - 60.00 € 
With the purchase of more than 2250.00 € - transport free of charge!

The total weight of the parcel is the sum of weights of individual products. Products are grouped in the following weight categories: 

A - single-slates, night tables, shelves, bed linen, quilts and pillows - 5 kg 
B - coffee tables, mirrors, beds, mattresses, frame-slates - 40 kg 
C - boxes, chests of drawers, dressing tables, slipping sets, livingroom modules, wardrobes - 60 kg 

NOTE! Courier / carrier is not obliged to carry products into home, to bring articles of category "C" two people are necessary!

IX. Returns 

In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on “The Protection of certain rights of consumers and of the responsibility for damage caused by a dangerous product" the buyer may cancel the goods purchased in our store, without giving reasons within 10 days from the date of receipt of your shipment. This is possible only when the goods have not been used or has been damaged in any way. This does not apply to products which are produced on the individual, special order (products not returnable). If the return occurs within the 10 days the refund of the total amount (- cost of delivery) transfer within 7 days is guaranteed. Returned merchandise must be complete and not used and must be packed in original boxes. 

X. Protection of personal data 

The STWD company is committed to the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item. 883). Data is stored in a computerized accounting system and used by seller only for the performance of the agreement or contact with the buyer. The personal data is not available or sold to third parties in any way. The buyer has the right to inspect, change or delete personal data by the customer panel (after registering on the site) or by e-mail (by writing to the address beds@BEDS.eu). 

XI. Warranty
